Why ”Crăiță”?

In Romanian, Crăiță (Marigold) is more than just a sweet family name. In botany, the crăiță is a flower known for its extraordinary, quiet resilience. It thrives in ordinary soil, withstands harsh heat, and naturally protects the weaker plants growing around it.

I don’t believe our job as parents is to build glass houses that protect our children from every gust of wind. Our job is to help them grow deep roots—so that no matter what weather life brings, they have the internal strength to bloom.

My Story

I am a working mother of two (amazing) young children. I live the morning rushes (almost daily), the evening fatigue, and those quiet, late‑night moments when we replay the day and wonder: Did I handle that right?

My professional background is in organizational processes and crisis management — worlds where you learn to find pockets of calm inside chaotic systems. Motherhood brought a different kind of “why?” into my life, and that curiosity grew into a real passion for child development and psychology.

This space isn’t written from an ivory tower. It’s written from my kitchen table, between open textbooks, half-prepped dinners, and the beautiful mess of real life.
